Core N More Style of Fitness

Individual $25 or Couple $45

Core N More is my own version of fitness to create flexibility and inner calm by slow movements of Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, and Breathing. By using small hand weights and also balance exercises, we help the body age more gracefully. These exercises are done in a relaxed setting and are good for any age group.

Life Coaching

Life coaching helps you move your life forward to find fulfillment, success, well being and happiness. The coaching relationship is a holistic service profession and works best when the whole person receives the benefit. The exciting part is. helping you be at the helm in every area of your life.

Group Coaching

$35

This covers an hour and a half session where we work as a group on the topics and concerns of the members. This group can meet twice a month.

Personal Coaching

$100

This covers an hour and a half session where we work on your personal goals, dreams, projects or relationship skills.

Career Coaching

$75

This covers an hour session where we work together on career goals, interviewing skills and how to present yourself to prospective employers.

After we audit your closet, you will have a wardrobe that is handpicked for you, with styles you enjoy and clothes that fit you more perfectly.

PERSONAL STYLING

$100 per hr

As an Image Consultant, I will make you look like one of those people that can flawlessly put themselves together and make it seem absolutely effortless. You will receive a color consultation and create a vision board, We can use what you already own or create a NEW STYLE JUST FOR YOU!

PERSONAL SHOPPING

$40 per hr

Should you need a personal shopper to pick out your wardrobe pieces or if you need something as a gift for another person, this service is available.

Executive Presence

$200 per hr

Looking to smarten up your Executive look and present yourself with more style and sophistication? An image stylist can help you choose clothes and accessories for everyday or a special occasion. Maybe you might want to take advantage of the personal shopper perks too.
